50 Ways To Make More Money In Network Marketing

January 31st, 2007 by Jeff Neil

Part 1

Here are some tips I wrote a LONG time ago. I have learned a lot since then, but most of these tips still appy.

1. Use your products regularly.

You might be thinking “duh Jeff!” Everybody knows that, right?

Not exactly. There are a lot of distributors that don`t use their product.

It`s hard for most people to recommend a product they don`t use. Your prospects and your retail customers can tell.

If they think YOU don`t use them, why would THEY want to use them?

I mean, you just want your leads to *join* right? We all want that. But prospects are pretty savvy these days.

They want to know “What`s this all about?” And that includes what is your great product and what`s great about it.

Your products should be on autoship. Your downline`s products should be on autoship. If not, no one makes much of the green stuff.

If you enroll someone that does not start with an auto shipment, they probably never will. You`ll end up with an occasional purchase customer.

And those people are good to have. They even bring in referrals. But don`t expect them to become builders.

Encourage autoshipments.

2. Make a total commitment to your program for at least one year. In the beginning your business may grow slow. Especially if you are new. You will accomplish more in the last 3 months of a year than the first 9 months combined.

Stick with it and think long term. It`s a marathon not a sprint. Of course YOU already know that.

But make sure your new members do too.

3. Sell yourself first, then the products and the marketing plan. This is a people helping people business. Prospects don`t join because of the product. They don`t join because of the compensation plan. They will join because they like and trust you.

That doesn`t mean pretend to be someone your not. Just be yourself. Kind, caring, and a good listener.

Want someone to like you? Let them talk. You listen. They`ll LOVE you.

4. Spend 90% of your business time with distributors, customers and prospects. It` s far more profitable to spend the majority of your time with people already doing business with you than to look for new customers.

Follow up with your retail customers. Let them know you care about their happiness.

Help your distributors build. Be there for them. Keep them motivated and active.

5. Present your products and marketing plan personally to at least one person daily.

Continue to build your business. Do not sit idle. If a steady stream of prospects are not coming to you, go to them.

Call your leads. Share a sample of your product. Something.

6. Let everyone know what business you are in. Advertise. There are several low cost methods of advertising. Newsletters, business cards, flyers, etc. Combine several to keep prospects and customers trickling in.

7. Make “understanding people” more important that product knowledge.

This is a people business. Listen to people, and what their wants and needs are. Learn how you can help them.

People do not want to think they are working to make you money. They want to feel you are helping them with their problems.

Remember, prospects are thinking “What`s in it for me?”.

What can I do to help YOU build a bigger downline? I love this industry. I see a pure beauty in network marketing that most peple do not even consider. But I also see many problems with it. Much of what is passed around is B.S. Does not work. And will just steal all your hard earned money, causing many people to go completely BROKE chasing their dream.

Been there, done that and I am at WAR to stop that from happening to you.

That is why I recommend  Joe Schroeder as much as I do. He blows me away, boggles my mind and teaches me stuff so FAST, stuff I didn’t even know, that I needed to know it. But for many people Joe is too much. He tells the hard TRUTH. And too many people can’t handle that. Or they just can’t handle that much new information at once.

For people like that, that aren’t READY to learn fast and go full time I offer this selection of mlm and network marketing related articles from various authors. Perhaps you will find something, someone, who can help you.

And by all means feel free to submit your articles there.

Are Your Network Marketing Prospects Spying on You?

January 25th, 2007 by Jeff Neil

You bet they are!

Once you capture a lead into some type of follow up system, many of those prospects, YOUR prospects are going to check you out. They do that because they don’t want to call you, and they certainly don’t want you to call them. Not at first. But they do want to know who you are. What you are about. What do you stand for?

You know, you can really use this fact to your advantage.

It’s not hard getting your name plastered all over Google. Articles, forums, heck maybe even your own website. When you put YOUR NAME somewhere , anywhere, online it gets indexed.

So why not get your name out there? Don’t be shy. Don’t hide behind some funky nobody knows user name. Have your own name as a domain. Use it in urls. Use it as your user name. Leave testimonials. And get your picture out there as well.

Hey I know, you could leave a comment here and leave your real name.

Granted, this is not BLOW YOU AWAY stuff here. Pretty basic and boring. But you know what? It works. It will HELP you and hardly anyone is doing it.

So do it. Got it?

Why do dogs risk getting bugs in their eyes

January 21st, 2007 by Jeff Neil
Guest: (Starts by saying he was not sure if he should ask this
question): Why do dogs risk getting bugs in their eyes sticking their
heads out of car windows? (Audience laughter).

Abraham: (Responds to guest that he has asked a very profound
question):Because the contrast of the bugs in the eye is a small price
to pay for the exhilaration of that ride and it is exactly the same
way you felt when you made the decision to come into this physical
existence. It’s exactly the way you felt when you knew there would be
contrast and you said, “The ride is gonna be worth it”. (Audience
applause).
